Nike SB and Poler Stuff have teamed up to make outdoor gear for people that are travelers, surfers, skateboarders, snowboarders, bicyclists, parents, kids, car campers and for all other adrenaline and sport lovers. This time they joined forces and headed to Croatia for a collaboration featuring four unique styles of footwear.
In summer of 2014 we had the chance to meet young promoters of these companies. Their plan was to go skateboarding in some of the oldest cities in the world and set out by boat to explore and camp on the islands of the Adriatic.
The filming crew headed to Croatia with skateboarders Daryl Angel, Donovon Piscopo and Wieger Van Wageningen. Our job was to provide a boat that would tell the story about the history of the old cities by itself. We were sure that our wooden boat Galeb would fit in perfectly.
During this 3 day adventure, the Nike SB & Poler crew spent most of their time on island Solta where they were camping and cruising with the boat while shooting. As expected, skating was on point and the filming was excellent. They really showed a unique side of the cities Split and Trogir and presented the Croatian vibe in best possible way.
